I'm sorry to hear that, Jan. My Dad is slipping a bit, but not too bad, I think a nursing home would kill him.

Oh well, getting old is inevitable for all of us. I want to die with my boots on, so to speak, but we really don't have a choice.

Me too which is why, no matter my eating habits or lifestyle, I keep on getting in some form of exercise. Actually I want to go as a friends mom went. She was about 84, living on her own---and she was perfectly capable of taking care of herself. She went to bed one night and didn't wake up.

And you right, the night crew is going to have to take over!!!!!!!! I'm pooed and fighting to stay up to my normal bedtime.

I was watching Nightsong's little green light over in the PIF subf., and then it winked out. She's either logged out or in stealth, but I'll be up for a while yet.

EDIT: She logged out @ 7:30. I wonder if she's coming back?

I'm always in stealth mode, but it's because I jump all over the forum. I'm still on the desktop machine, but I will be moving into the living room and the laptop pretty soon.
