My first car was a 59 caddy. I gave 50 bucks for it when I was 14 years old. The folks didn't mind me getting it at that age because they knew that I would be old enough to drive by the time I got it running.
They went through a time when they were real popular.
I have always loved antique cars. I have had several. a 51 Hudson, a 48 buick hearse, a 40 buick street rod, and a 73 VW.

We had lots of late 50 and early 60's VW bugs....Steve used to restore or chop them into baja bugs.....

yeah- it's bad enough when my cell phone vibrates. (I always jump and people laugh at me).
