Yeah, the winters are nice here... don't know about the rest.
Tweety, our winters are cold and snowy, spring is wet with flooding, summer is hot and humid. The only decent weather is in autumn. SoCal is going to look like a paradise, compared to here !!!
My friend was stationed at Camp Pendleton for a while and that's when he fell in love with SoCal. After his daughter had grown up, he and his wife moved out there, but also kept their home in Massachusetts. When his wife passed away, he sold the house here and moved out there permanently. He has been trying to get me out there too.
I have a camera of my late father's, but it's not a dig. camera. Ah, not to worry, I'll find something.
It's not like I can just run out there and take a pic for you, otherwise I would.
I figure I'd be safe by skipping all the jabber, but something deep down inside makes me read every bit it.

I like New England. I like the seasons... Well, one can't have everything, can one?
California is nice, but we do have politics and taxes, also, not to mention mudslides, Santa Ana winds, traffic, droughts, earthquakes and, oh, did I mention taxes?
