I was in South Carolina once. I visited the Marine base at Paris Island, when I was stationed with Army Aviation in Savannah.

They are close together and work together, Tom, Ft. Stewart is only about 50 miles from Hunter Army Airfield. Ft. Stewart is the large base and Hunter is the small specialized base. When I was at Hunter, we trained U.S. Army helicopter pilots and later on, ARVN helicopter pilots.

Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! I'm going to TRY to change my own avatar to a picture that nobody has (because I took it at a concert on my own camera)....but I'm not good at this at all!
