Yeah we have August up !!! I don't think it is a surprise, my theme will be the Grateful Dead
Summer of love, SF, flower child, Ken Kesey, hippies and of course Jerry (the other one) and the band. I hope you get groovy and have fun!
The inherent problem with celebrating a Summer of Love you're old enough to have known firsthand is that your Love Equipment no longer inflates well without chemical aid.
Admittedly, chemical aids are in the spirit of the 60s, but I don't think Timothy Leary had ...... in mind when he suggested we all Turn On.
The "Spirit of the 60's" kinda takes on a whole new meaning now, doesn't it???
