Thanks Seabrook...getting very tired. I've had some respiratory thing going on and panic attacks accompanying them. Trying to center myself and it isn't easy when caught up in the panic.

It's hard to center when you're sick with energy blockages, libra. Try going outside barefoot to center yourself by "earthing" - that always works for me - and besides, the results are instant. That may be hard to do, though, if you live in a metro area. CU when you're better.
