Caught up... .....yes ...coming back and letting us know 2 weeks prior to their turning would make it easier for the List Keeper !!

I am trying to figure out how to make it easier for you & the commitee to keep track of the ones that are not turning for another month or two yet...all ideas are welcome~
By no means do I want anyone to feel left out, this is what the thread is all about
whis, if they are interested they will stop by to see how things are going with the list once they are getting closer - woh did it today!
ultimately, it needs to be the pre-vet's responsibility to make sure they are on - jerry has been doing a great job of keeping track but he is not the one turning .....

A Pre-Vet is an ECF member that is about to have their status "Turn" to ECF-Veteran on or about the anniversary of their ECF sign up.
This thread is where you can hang out (courtesy of Whiskey creating this thread) and celebrate becoming an ECF-Veteran with other ECF members. You have the option (but not the obligation) to have an Avatar Theme Celebration on your turning day. You select a theme, and many of the group here will help celebrate by changing their avatars. Kind of an avatar costume party. You'll also get a bunch of congrats and a welcome thread created in a sub-forum for vets that pre-vets can't even see yet. If you want to have an avatar theme, start thinking about it! Try to give us enough advanced notice that we can dig something up for pics. Make sure you stop by 2 weeks prior to your turning date to put your name and theme on the list. We do our best to accommodate multiple members turning on the same date. Each member is free to choose their own theme; participants rotate and/or combine themes as desired.
Welcome again. Please feel free to participate in the themes for others if you wish. JerryRM posts a list frequently.

@ atty - i think it should read:

the 30 day time frame has worked well so far but the above would be a safety net in case somebody gets overlooked

Yeah Tibs.... I like that.... but but but..... the idea is not to have them on the list too far in advance.

I think that is okay: current month and the next. But going beyond that is going to create too many headaches.

what brought this up again was woh stopping by who does not turn till middle of september - jerry's been doing great, let him work in peace!
but we should ask the pre-vets to check in with us to make sure we are not the only ones celebrating, lol
