My avi has been my hero all my life. Where others might have superman and such. I have since I could watch TV been a Roy Rogers fan. I would have my dad get me up very early on Saturday morning so I could watch him. When most kids were sleeping I was cuddled with a blanket watching Roy and Trigger.

I loved Roy's singing and Trigger was a beautiful horse.

Other favorites: Rawhide and the Lone Ranger.

I used to see Roy Rogers in the theater back in the 1940's and also listened to him on the radio. Don't guess I ever watched him on TV.
