Use to but not anymore. This time of day and after supper until bedtime.:)

At first I was vaping ALL the time!!!

BR Haven't had any trouble so far---keeping fingers crossed.

Less is best if you can get away with it. I was hooked on cigarettes, but vape like a junkie.

Sheesh! I must really be a junkie lol I am lucky if 18 mg satisfies me and this is a year later! Started at 36 moved to 24 and now it is mostly 18 but still some 24! Just dropping from 24 to 18 was tough and I really thought that I might end up back on cigs. I am not even trying to get below 18 for awhile :)

As long as you stay off the analogs, no matter what you're doing now, it's better.

I went off nic right away and stayed off for about a year. Mainly because I was 60 and had some health problems developing. Nicotine does constrict the arteries so it was sort of a necessary thing. I won't say it was easy. Surprising my hearing even improved!!!
Life got a bit hectic so I started using a little here and there and will continue because it does help but it's 0 most of the time.

Even if you don't reach where I'm at don't beat yourself up over it.
