no, that was in my collection - took that pic when my son talked his dad into letting him use MY vette for his hs graduation in 2006, lol - he did bring it back in one piece

In 1976 at the homecoming game the HC queen was driven around the football field at 1/2 time. Dang I don't know which one was the best looking. Anyway before the night was over they totaled the vette. Not to worry they didn't get hurt but they never did find all their clothes or the left front fender. It was the talk of the small town for years.

mine is a 1978 - the silver anniversary edition - they sure were pretty - didn't like the later models all that much, so i'm holding on!
I worked at the dealer when they change body styles, I hated it, still do. That '76 stingray is still a real vette to me the rest are just wearing the name.
I was part owner in a Chevy dealership in 78. That year Pace Car edition off the lot no miles, were bringing 10K over sticker at Clantons Auto Auction. That was like 24+K.
