What's with that crap?

It keeps people (like me) from sending in ringers to vote high for it,,,,or from low balling everyone else's work.
It seems that their computer will compare your vote to everyone else's and toss out the excessively high or low ones.

lol. Oh, ok. They're not intended for the welcome thread (at least the ones I posted). The only ones that go in the welcome thread are sandbox or, like you say, the ones the vets put in there.
