The * by names means those are set. Still looking for that someone special for the others so everybody keep an eye out. And thanks for your efforts!
Classy has generously offered to start the threads with no names beside it.

Welcome to the ECF Pre-Vet thread!
A Pre-Vet is an ECF member that is about to have their status "Turn" to ECF-Veteran on or about the anniversary of their ECF sign up. You also need anywhere from 70 and 75 post.
This thread is where you can hang out (courtesy of Whiskey creating this thread) and celebrate becoming an ECF-Veteran with other ECF members. You have the option (but not the obligation) to have an Avatar Theme Celebration on your turning day. You select a theme, and many of the group here will help celebrate by changing their avatars. Kind of an avatar costume party. You'll also get a bunch of congrats and a welcome thread created in a sub-forum for vets that pre-vets can't even see yet. If you want to have an avatar theme, start thinking about it!
We will not turn away last minute request, but please try to give us enough advanced notice so we can dig something up for pics. Two weeks prior to your turning date would be awesome.
We try to limit scheduling to the current and the following month.
If you are a pre-veteran and want a welcome thread in the Veteran's Forum and or an avatar theme for your turning day please do the following: Post in this thread and PM me your request.
This thread moves fast so as a final safeguard double check the list that is posted here several times a day sometime before your turning day.

Once you get to the Sandbox, look for the celebrant's thread and follow instructions.

Good evening all. Got stalled in other places today. But anyway, good night to everyone that is leaving or has already left.
I can see that everyone had a lot of fun. When I need to catch up, I know where to zoom and where to pause. I've always paused at P.I.'s posts from Day 1. Poor puppies, I skeert them witless with my ROFLM*O - forget the kleenex to wipe my tears - went for a kitchen cup towel. No worry about cucumber juice on my monitor, it's fine - have learned not to drink while reading P.I.'s posts long, long ago.
Sorry our star never posted, it would have been nice to cheer him into Vetdom.

I will stay up a while longer for the turning, as is the tradition for the West Coast crew - may have already missed it - forgot to check at 8:25.

9:30pm PST update: No turn yet. And here I had my buffer full of fireworks - guess I'll put them away and go fool around elsewhere for an hour. Se77vN is not logged in, either, so maybe tomorrow. Will update in an hour, then it's lights out for me.
