I got all the big boys (24 hour fitness 13.33 per month , la fitness 21.30 ,etc and picked a local one to save gas at 10.38 per month) signed up for two years without credit card straight cash. i had a full gym at a house years back and decided the stink is worth leaving it with others.
you would be correct and watching too much csi at the same time.
I watch em all for sure. gives me a dream that can not be interupted by over the top grusomness.
Tread mill & weight machine..2 pieces is all one needs
Love both need a good pumping up three times a week(chest tri's shoulders, back biceps, legs calfs) then I venture to the big boy test my heart treadmill/bike every visit + two day without weights.
ps got to do some good before the feast begins.
