I hope those of you that vote will give it a 7 or 8. there are a lot of good ones there but 8 was the highest that I voted and a 10 will get tossed out. also please vote for all of them too. it helps to make sure that your vote counts.

Great pancake recipe, Pancakes ala AttyPops:
Take the dry part of whatever you are normally doing, add about 1 tbs melted butter* per cup/serving to the dry ingredients. Use a whisk to mix it in to a sand-like consistency.... no big lumps, mix it thoroughly. I often add a pinch or two of leavening to dry powder too (baking soda & baking powder) to make sure it is fresh if it's not already from scratch. Add a tsp of vanilla extract to the liquid part. Yum. Browns better too.
