it's not my favorite Segar song...but it did seem appropriate/obligatory to the discussion

I don't remember much rap... don't listen to it. I need melody (musical sounds + beat) and mostly non-swear words.

I'll never forget the first time I Deejay-ed that one for the dance floor. About 300 people went crazy.
It is a fun song to "dance" to (and, yes, i am using the word "dance" quite loosely)
Not a chart topper but this is my favorite Neil Diamond song. I never did learn to play the intro but loved to sing it.
Tried to find parrots rapping... they're too smart... they won't do it... or can't since there is no music. This is the closest I could find.

I was on a cruise ship in Melbourne Australia and as we pushed back from the dock the Cptn. motioned for the 1st to turn on this song over the ship's PA system. as it played the people on the ship next to us all waved good bye to us. I will remember this song forever. It burned into my memory. And perhaps BR will remember it too.
