Clear cache on FF and IE.
Reboot and bring up IE only!
Upload pic.
Hope it works.
I haven't tried changing it though. Might give them a day or two to get this fixed.

Whiskey did you clear everything for IE
Right click on IE icon
Properties
Delete (Clear history,cookies, etc). When that is done
---To the right of Delete is Settings click on it
---Look for View Files (on the right) click on it
---Look for Windows click on it
---Look for Temporary Internet files click on it
Now click on the top one and scroll down to the last and use the shift button and click on the last one. Right click and choose delete files. If a box pops up click on the 'Skip' <-----important that you use the skip option!!
You are done with this part--close all boxes.
---Hit your Windows key & E on the keyboard
---Look for drive C click on it
---Look for Windows click on it
---Scroll works left to right not up and down (on mine anyway). Look for Temp files and, again, click on the top one and scroll down to the last and use the shift button and click on the last one. Right click and choose delete files. If a box pops up click on the 'Skip' <-----important that you use the skip option!!

I won't laugh.
If you got someone that is more at ease with fiddling with the computer, have them give it a go.
Might be a good idea to print out the instructions.
