Damn lucky to stay out of jail.
It won't do any good, you can't have electrical devices.
In jail you can, just not in the courtroom. But of course, they wouldn't let me use it in a cell.

what about the jury waiting room? (since they never actually let me get beyond it ..actually, these days they put me on call but never even let me into the jury waiting room)

the judge had to call it a hung jury....he was worried about the safety...
