Pardon my ignorance, but what is that? Is it something that pic competition site assigns?
yes. it is how the votes are weighted. The more Karma you have the more you vote counts. It is to keep Tib.s from dashing in giving me a 10 and running away. or to keep fans from low balling the other pics and not voting fairly. Weighted voting does work well but it is rough on those that don't have time to vote on 100s of pics.

Yes, my modem went kaput -- I will be at TWC's door when they open tomorrow to get it replaced. It is killing me not being able to watch/hear the music!!!

Ugh, my modem died early last summer, Pokey, plus a squirrel had chewed into the cable line on the telephone pole.
My ears work well as some may say, but I can't do graphics, only know when it's preeeety. That's why I didn't know anything about that site.

That is funny to me because that's what I thought might have happened!
I went from room to room hooking up the modem to every cable I have just to make sure. - mine is routed here, there and yonder under the house - spliced /splitted (?) a few places as well. Thought maybe a critter had made lunch out of my line.LOL.
It was a loooooong night for me last night.
