You're a marathoner, were still here last night after I left and one of first to greet Whis in the morn. No wonder you need naps in between.
I work nights - and have varied, if somewhat unhealthy, sleep habits because of it...

It is harder the older I get, for sure.
But I am both an early bird and a night owl by nature - it is the middle of the day that has always done me in. But I manage - even if the "Pokey" in me shines more sometimes than at others, LOL.

I use to be a night owl but live turned me into early-to-bed early-to-rise and I have sleeping problems.
I slept a whole lot better when I was a night owl.
