Morning Whisk. Heard a great story on the news today so it started my day off much better! Some firefighters did mouth to snout resucitation on a Lab that had been in a fire. They saved his life, and the owner was sooooooo happy and grateful! It was such a great story. Restored my faith.

I would definitely learn how to roll my way out of bed each day if it would help my back and neck pain! Would be worth the money too.
I am really trying to be good here ladies, all this bed rolling makes that challenging.
