Something else we have in common, Whisk. There's a VW beetle in the complex where I live, and the owner put these huge, fake eyelashes over the headlights and I loooooooove it! When I saw it, I thought "that's something I would do if I had that car!"

Been thinking about a themperpudic or what ever they call those....

I looked at some really sweet memory foam ones, they cost as much as a used car.

I know it's old converse...someone had it told me her back still hurt. I use BedInaBox, cheap clone. S'ok.

Memory foam is the way to go. We already had a really good mattress but got a 4 inch memory foam topper for it, and the difference is amazing. The 4 inch topper only worked out to $150 and sits on top of your current mattress. So, perhaps something like that may be a more affordable option.

Nothing like dredging up an old topic.

We've had a waterbed for years (around 30 I think). DH's back started bothering him so we got a 3 inch piece of memory foam and put it on. It is the most comfortable thing I have ever slept on.
The downer to this is you can't use the heater---well you could if you don't mind cooking!!!

Memory foam is rated. The higher the number, the better it is. WalMart's is usually rated 3 1/2 or 4. The one I got on our bed is rated either 7 or nine.

I was actually able to figure it out without the calculator but only because I was born in 1967 so all I had to do was take 2 years away from my age. But then I had to double check how hold I am. Sometimes I forget. Once I went a whole year thinking I was a year younger than I actually was.

I forgot what year I was in 2 days ago. Feel better?

Hi Back for a few....Thanks for the info on the memory foam matress JJ & Jag...I have to research which we are going to get.
there are only a few stores in our area that are selling them...I am going for the whole matress, not just a topper. Dh & I both have back problems & we figure its time for one

Correct answer. Then after you survive today, when you can, order some stainless CE2s and get rid of the clearos, they're junk.

gov, the new ce2s have been much improved - no more cracking or loose tubes - lvm uses the clear dccs, glad the reversal of tube worked out ok!

can't believe i missed br! glad to read he and peggy are back on the right track, lol - stay well, fellow!

Whis, the one I got is cheap for a whole bed, but you get what you pay for. I never tried a Tempurpedic, don't know if it's better. The memory foam on top is about the same, but it's the support foam on the bottom that's important, me thinks.
