I will Jagg. That's the only problem with these meds. They kick in really quickly, but they wear off really quickly too. By the time I leave work, I'll probably be a little less loopy.

If you really want to get knocked out, take a Benedryl. It hits me like truck.

It's simple. Get some stainless steal pipe filters. Roll one up, form a circle, stick it down around the arch (use tweezers).
I did two layers on a LR and it works great.

The goal is to get pain relief and still be able to function. Advil, Tylenol. Aleve... none of 'em even make a dent. My doctor put me on Soma, which is the only thing I've tried so far that's helped even a little, but it does cause a little sleepiness. That's why I only take half a dose at work, and only when I can't take it anymore. When I get home, the fun really kicks in!

Hi Playmate. Jan, I think those are pipe cleaners, you couldn't bend pipe filters, without crushing them.
