Last year it was 60 out when I took my boy and his friends trick or treating, this year they say 40.

Do people still trick or treat? i always have to eat the halloween candy myself
We only have a few trick or treaters here...which is a good thing...there are 1800 homes around this golf course !
I get anywhere from 30-100 kids each year depending on the weather. We also have a parade every year(used to be on Halloween now it's the Saturday before) and the kids get to fill their bags there too. The DC comics and Marvel comics folks used to come every year(a comic artist/writer lived two blocks from me when I was a kid) and a story with the parade would appear in a different comic each year like the X-Men or Batman.
That sounds like fun Gov. The most I've ever had since moving to B'hm was 15. Usually it's 0-2.
I still buy candy, but only stuff i like.

lol, nobody comes around here. when the boy was small he had a ball! we just stopped at around 7 houses and his pumpkin was overflowing! he got his treats by the handful, neigbors were so happy to see a trickortreater!!!!

I always get the candy Jake and I like. If any is left it goes out hunting with me.
They used to hand comic books out off their floats(Marvel and DC). One year my brother and I led the parade and carried the parade banner. It was pretty cool since I was 12 and he was 10, was a very big deal for us.
