Can someone please tell me why the pic looks huge when I save it to my 'puter, then when I use it for my avi it's so tiny?

Can someone please tell me why the pic looks huge when I save it to my 'puter, then when I use it for my avi it's so tiny?
The forum software limits the size of an avi. It will shrink it for you if it exceeds the limits.
Supporting members get bigger avatars. Others, get 150x510 with a max size of 5kb.
Try saving it as a jpg of 200x200 and 5-10 kb. Let the forum software shrink it from there. You can usually change the size/quality/compression with a slider (depends on software you use).

Lost, I upload big pics for my avi all the time, up to 800 pixels wide, no problems. The avi space is squarish, so keep your pic at that proportion. Have a link for that pic? I'll resize it for you.
