i guess it's easier for me, since i haven't had problems with this upgrade. and I've wanted the smiley list back in the quick response box since it went away after the first upgrade
( iusually hate format changes- you should see what my iPad did to the formatting of outlook so it can sync with it...UGLY!!!)
