jag he just had surgery which took him back 15 years in time which now allows him to do some stuff that he gave up.
He still is not pain free and the vibration or bouncing from traveling sets things off big time so even thinking about flying that far is totally out.

Oh, the back. That would make traveling very hard. :( Hey, the next time he goes on a hunting trip...uh, umm, well, you know. I'm not giving you ideas. :)

I haven't decided on that yet. I think reading glasses would be just fine.

Jumping ahead here...i tried the one eye corrected for near and one for far once with contacts and it was awful. I lasted less than a week, before going back to progressive lenses. thanks gosh it on a trial basis and i didn't have to buy them.

Hi CES. :) I recommended against it too.

Monovision is awful. My eye surgeon suggests fixing both eyes for far and just getting simple reading glasses for near. I have astigmatism also, but they are getting good at fixing that now. So I'm going for it!

I agree with your surgeon. I personally won't get surgical correction (unless it's part of cataract surgery sometime in the future), too much astigmatism and now presbyopia. sigh. I've got progressive glasses and progressive contracts. stupid aging.

Hi shoe!
