same good luck here on 20 acres and a couple of hundred feet of driveway! but when it snows - oh my !!!

We barely get sticky snow here, usually melts away. But when it does stick or turn to ice, we're on rations. My so-called all season tires don't do snow and ice.

i'm mostly ok with snow as long as i catch anybody in time who wants to do me a 'favor' scraping the driveway, lol .....

And how did you swing that? Yes, we always stock up in the winter. But the entire house runs on electricity. If that goes, we're back to the Stone Age. I still have a Kodiak fireplace insert but not much wood to cook with.

same here, jag - no electricity, no nothing ...... sigh

we're surrounded by woods and once the driveway is scraped it turns into a sheet of ice. years ago i was still driving the vette and there was no getting out. nowadays, i prefer all-wheel drive and driving in snow doesn't bother me too much.
