Just registered my cell phone on the national do not call list for telemarketers. Get yours registered folks because the numbers are being released to them this month.

1-888-382-1222 is the number to do it at. You have to call it with your cell phone you want to register.

Great idea! Thanks for reminding us.

gov - i think this is just a reoccurrence of fake alarms which have been circulated for years ...... registering your number can do no harm but it's not necessary.
i believe this statement from nov 2010 is still true:

The FTC also has debunked the incorrect message on its Web site, which states: "You may have received an e-mail telling you that your cell phone is about to be assaulted by telemarketing calls as a result of a new cell phone number database; however, that is not the case. FCC regulations prohibit telemarketers from using automated dialers to call cell phone numbers. Automated dialers are standard in the industry, so most telemarketers don’t call consumers on their cell phones without their consent."

Now she tells me... Thanks, Tibs. :)

morning, tweety!

great job and excellent bird launching! ;)

Why thank you, dear. I had two windows open, as instructed, but of course I had to wait for that stinky F like button to refresh. I hate that thing with a passion!!!! It slows me down and gives me seizures. Plus, I'm getting a window, once in while, asking me stupid questions about navigating away from the page... So of course I now have to click more buttons just to go to another place. Grrrr.... Never had that before!

Sorry I'm cranky. It's early....

Morning, Classy, Whiskey, Cranky, Tibs, CES, Lost...
