Are you talking TV? My TV's hooked up to a PC now, used to have proprietary box from Dish Network. Can't help.

Are you in an area with HD broadcasts? Some newer TVs can pick that up through the air. If you've got cable, I don't know. If you're talking converter for analog TV's, there used to be a voucher for it, not anymore. What you use it for?
