Chili does sound good...maybe some venison chili...mmmmmmm. I wish we could latch it shut, but tenants think they need to come in and gripe about everything under the sun...

LOL...99% of them are really good people...but the other day a guy actually complained that the tire was flat on a car he was storing...like it was our fault...
Seriously...some people are just...well...let's just say they walk among us...

Indeed! Our facility is next door to a small airport. One couple wanted a discount on their storage unit rent because of the "noise" next door. I just asked them if they were afraid their stuff wasn't going to be able to sleep at night.

This is just too funny!!! Maybe they keep more than storage items in there....
You'd be amazed at the number of people who want to rent a unit to LIVE in...
With the economy what it is... I'm not surprised. I struggle myself...and my vaping addiction is no help either!
