Whis Lake Champlain is above you-yes? I spend alot of time in Plattsburg when I was young. My Aunt and Uncle had 5 acres and a camp right on the shoreline.

Then you could have been my neighbor, literally...LOL

I was around 12 when they sold the camp and acreage. Imagine what that would be worth today!!

I had alot of fun there as a kid. We went every summer for a couple weeks or more.

Its a great lake with alot of traffic in the summer...alot of Montreal/Canada sail boats too~
