Long story, but money is the top reason. The avg price of a tract home there is 600k. Everything has to be shipped in and bread can be $6 a loaf. If you wanted to go anywhere (not that I do but I do have family), it's a 5 hour flight. I do love it there though.
p.s. the salt air demolishes your house and car too, more maintenance costs. What the ocean doesn't get, the termites will!

The perfume is nice Jag. Not so strong after a few minutes. I never put a lot on.
