Hi Cassie you can either type

or. if you use the little picture icon, select from url, and uncheck the box that says retrieve and reference locally

Cassie, if you click on the little icon above the Quick Reply box that pops up 'Image' when you put your cursor over it; you can just enter the URL in the pop up window. You don't have to do attachments.
