morning, y'all!

actually looking forward to cleaning day today, lol - at least i'll be able to stay in one place!

i need to add to jj's post. i strongly believe unless we have more nonvets joining us we should stop the sandbox. the last threads opened didn't get any posts and i can't think of nothing more of a letdown for a prevet to stray to the sandbox and seeing this nonactivity.
catt and jag were our main posters there ........

as to the welcome threads - any with less than 10 posts are unacceptable to me and i post reminders.

thanks JJ and Tibs for the reminders. I try to be here and post on all the welcome threads. I can't always do the avi's though. It's going to be even more important to watch as we transition to the 2012 thread, since we'll probably need to watch both for a little while.

Should we open the 2012 thread as soon as the welcome thread for the first 2012 pre-vet gets opened?

IDK what whiskey can do. Can she open the new thread....lock the old one? Then she won't be an admin of the new thread... so we need an admin to coordinate at the same time.... or something like that. The idea being that we don't want both threads open at the same time.... cut over and close the old one. IMO

Classy will be in charge of opening the new one Ces & Atty, it is up to her & Sarge as to when it will be done.
I believe its the first of the year if I heard correctly.

I didn't realize that we were going to have this thread locked as soon as the other was opened. i just assumed that there would be a transition, and that this one would get unstickied when the new one was opened. and you know what they say about assuming I don't really have a strong opinion, was just curious. I'll be here/there in any case.

IDK that it has to be locked CES... it was just my opinion. The thought is that it would avoid any confusion as to "what thereat to I post into now?" and avoid any missed posts. Maybe not.
