Yep, that would be me. Just thought I'd drop in and check the list. My time is fine, but I noticed some others that were 2:45 a.m. I just didn't know what happens with them.

The pics in the threads are still there. However, many are "hot links" and if the original pic is moved or deleted, it could "disappear".
We try to move posts when asked or when we catch a non-vet saying "Congrats". To be honest, it moves so fast sometimes we miss em and there's just too many for one or even two people to copy. It would be a full time cut-and-paste job. We do try to move some though. Guess we could get better at it.
I do post my avi's. But the whole avi thing is a bit...optional. For example, Janet H's thead will contain a larger version of the avi:

Yep! And that happens. People pop in and say "I just wanted to congratulate _____ because I'm traveling the next 3 days and....". Pre-vets/new vets need to scan the thread when they get the chance.
Also, we often start the day before... kinda depends on how many turnings there are and the schedule. Sometimes there's only an hour or two between. Then we "do both" at the same time. It all depends. Sometimes we can even combine themes. A bird theme and a cat theme can be combined sometimes with birds chasing cats, cats chasing birds, Sylvester and Tweety, etc.
