So in short, this is the new home. If you truly care about what the thread is supposed to be you'll carry on. If you don't then you'll take your ball and go home.
Thanks, Sarge.
It feels good to be appreciated.

Actually we don't care to take over the thread. Your objection is noted and you are moved on as requested.Hey guys. I appreciate the welcoming nature of this thread, and the social aspect that I was able to get here that is severely lacking for the most part on ECF. It has been great knowing you all, but my time here is done. I can't stand the flippant attitude the admins of this forum take toward the PVT. I wish you all well, and I can be found at NV.

I'm sorry you all feel that way. It saddens me to finally confirm what I had thought for quite some time, that PVT had become more of a clique looking for post count and forum fame and glory then a group dedicated to welcoming folks.
You're wrong. People who care about their post count post in word game threads. They get hundreds of posts a day and you don't have to do any work--no lists to keep, no PMs to send, no rescheduling your RW obligations to attend avatar parties, no avatar changes, no staying up late to be around for a new vet who just happened to join ECF in the middle of the night in a desparate moment of trying to finally quit smoking...
Its not about lack of appreciation. It is a simple statement. if you care about PVT you'll carry on. If you don't you'll quit. The exodus has already started, prove me wrong, make it work. Thanks, Sarge.

All the word games should be put in the lounge.

shucks, tweety - you got it wrong - all that stuff on pvt is chit chat .....

Though I could not contribute these last months, my hat is off to all who have made these celebrations so special. The scheduling and rescheduling, the research into who's turning when, the time spent finding the perfect images for the celebrants party theme, the opening of Welcome Threads and monitoring for contest eligibility; all the hard work thispost count, fame and glory seeking clique, crew does to make a Pre-Vet's turning day memorable...
I just have to say WOW... just wow. I'm sure the whole PVT crew, especially those who go the extra mile, who spend work breaks, get up an hour or two early, set the alarm for midnight turnings, sign-on when sick, when out of town, take time away from family on holidays, even come here right after surgery to participate in and take pride in an ECF member turning ECF Veteran, truly appreciate the vote of "thanks" given in this thread today.
