Those poor babies with their ears all taped up! Lol! I couldn't bring myself to do it to mine since I'm not showing them.
oh, i didn't realize it was cruel. just thought they looked funny.
It's ok, most dobes have it done. I'm not against people who do it, I just chose not to. If the right vet does it, it's no more painful than getting a cat declawed. I just think the rig they use to hold them up while they heal looks just pitiful. 
It's not underwear, but they do tape tampons in their ears while they're healing to get them to stand up. Lol

My mother in law had them taped but too late and I would say incorrectly. That poor dog looked like Aunt Jemima from the old syrup commercials. Poor baby!!
They actually cut off about half of each ear when they do it. I couldn't give up my boys big beautiful ears. He's not ferocious, no need to make him look that way. Lol
