Not too bad of a fit - slight overhang. eBaron Dripper Spiral (rda)..
It's going to be hard to find a "tank" that is seamless with the P+ 10, as even the eGo is 14mm.

Dca is a pretty nice flush fit, but I am like you, I want an RBA for my p+10.

Bottom feeding hornet, is different. The bottom sits flush on the p+10. Bad thing is that it is bottom feeding. Some say that if you wire it through the bottom hole on a bottom feeder that it won't leak. I have no idea cause I haven't tried it. The middle is wider than the bottom, so it kind of has a slight V shape to it, very slight, but if you are ocd like me, you will notice it.

. Both are good choices as it will be difficult to match up and impossible to be totally flush. The mark T infinity and sphear by vapourart were both very nice but not available .

Here's the pheonix V3, available at many vendors for less than $10. A brushed finish would take about 2 minutes with some 800 grit wet/dry sandpaper.
