Precise will not fire sometimes.

P16 fires about 87% of the time. yes exactly 87% lol

i thought it was dirty so I cleaned it all up and still the same thing.
I am using 5 brass orings (for a real short button press which a prefer) on it so that may be contributing?

i just started vaping again. (I was with no cigs OR vaping for a couple years.)

it may be my fault...idk i don't think so though.
------using 16340 AW IMR 550mAh with standard 510 atty. 3.7v vaping
has 2 oring in the body.

While I was reading your post I was vaping my ELA. It wasn't firing. My atomizer had come unscrewed slightly and wasn't making a connection. Maybe you have something similar going on.
My P+16 is notorious for its deep center pin. Since you're using a standard 510 maybe you could pull the atomizer's positive out a little bit and see if it helps.

I'd suggest the same thing. If the center pin on the atomizer isn't slightly protruding past the threads, it won't work on my P+16...easy fix, I just use a tiny screwdriver and pull the pin down a bit.
