These are much quicker to prep compared to the S6. The S6's i have a couple of hours each of prep time in.

The Precises's get chucked in the lathe with the caps installed and then finish prepped up to 800 grit at about 800rpm. I then buff them with a cotten wheel. The switch bottom face where the "P" is engraved also get chucked in the lathe and finished to an
800 grit finish. All i have to do to the adapters is install the insulator and center posts.

David, how far are you coming in getting all the pre-orders done, how long untill you get to the 'current' orders? How many total orders do you have, how long does it take you to prep/ship each one?
I should have all orders shipped by the end of the week, including yours, which should ship out towards the end of the week. I haven't figured out prep time on them yet, maybe once i get the routine down i'll have a better idea, maybe an hour each give or take.

I ordered my precise last night and cannot find a 10440 battery anywhere. What's this I hear about a camera battery? Please help!!

Heres a link to a couple of places that carry them. I'll be getting some in too. Remember, it will ONLY accept the protected 10440's, the unprotected ones are too short and the switch will not fire.

DealExtreme: $5.08 TrustFire Protected 10440 "600mAh" 3.7V Rechargeable Li-Ion Batteries (2-Pack)

Protected 10440 Battery, 350 mAH

and heres a charger for them:

DealExtreme: $8.79 TrustFire All-in-One Charger (for 10430/10440/14500/16340 /17670/18650/CR123A)
