Premium Caramel Apple Review

Loving this new flavor! I'm vaping the prefilled premium cartomizers in 18mg. The apple is crisp and tart, but not as sour as the Premium Sour Green Apple flavor. The caramel taste is very smooth and not overly sweet. The two flavors combine really well together, rather than being separate and distinct. Perfect throat hit for me, not harsh at all, but there. I've already ordered a 30ml bottle to refill. It's high on my list of all day vape flavors.

And for reference, my favorite flavors so far are Smilin Menthol, RY4, Watermelon, Peach, Grape, and the new Bananas Foster (all Premium 18mg).

Great to hear, I have been floundering on this and was waiting for a review, now I think it's going in my next order. Especially since my taste seems similar. Smilin and watermelon are my absolute favorites

I have that feeling too! I have never been the type that wants the "new thing" until I started vaping with V4L, now I need all the new stuff!!!!

Caramel Apple is a wonderful flavor. I was never a big fan of the original green apple or the prem sour apple, but this is perfect for me. You taste the apple in the beginning, but caramel at the end. Very nice vape indeed.
