I ordered December 6th. Nothing by the 13th so I went to the site. A message arrived stating...
"Good Evening Nick,
Sorry for the delay, unfortunately Alchemy is not available in 3mg stock.
Would you like an alternative e-liquid from our website?
I will make sure I add some extra liquids to your order for the inconvenience.
Apologies"
I asked for a refund. Phoned them again today. The guy (who sounded so stoned out of his head its untrue) said "Oh yeah, they should've issued you a refund straight away. I'll get onto em"
I dont know who 'they' is supposed to be.
There is no record of me asking for the refund that I am able to view, I expect this is purposeful. I'm hardly hopeful of ever getting my money back.
THE PRODUCT IS STILL SHOWN AS AVAILABLE ON THEIR SITE.
Do yourself a favour if you are thinking of ordering from here, phone them, see what you think.​
