So I already premix my VG 70 and PG 30 but I am getting really tired of having to mix in my nicotine each and every time. Would it be ok to mix my nicotine in as well that way all I have to do is add my flavoring concentrates in? I'm not sure if it would go bad or not.

Your nicotine already comes mixed in either PG, VG or both, so it wouldn't be a problem diluting it down. The only thing is the amount of nicotine you have in your batch will vary by how much flavorings you usually add. Say if you normally run about 20% total flavoring, and you have your nic base mixed down to 24 mg, this will put you at 19.2mg for your final product. If you use the same base with 10% total flavoring you will end up with 21.6mg nic. So you will have slightly varying levels of nicotine, depending on your tolerance this may or may not be an issue.
As long as you use about the same amount flavoring all the time, it would work fine.
I use mostly 10% flavoring. So, I mix my PG, VG, and nic so that I'll end up at 12 mg/ml nic with 10% flavoring added.

I normally make 350 ml of 24mg nic unflavored juice at a time and just added my flavoring to batches at a time. I am not an "exact" mixer. I do use a calculator when I mix but I have gotten it down to just adding drops of what I like and it is working for me. I even like vaping unflavored by its self. Good luck to you and happy mixing.
