Today I want to give something back to the community and inform you ahead of time that there will be a special rebuildable atomizer available in december 2012: vape 4 me - Surface, Selbstwickler für Bottomfeeder Vorbestellung
Vape4me is the reseller of REOs in Germany. I know Michael personally, but I am just one of his customers, not part of his business.
Michael is a very dependable person and he proved his manufacturing capabilities with the Morph, a mechanical telescoping, stainless steel tube mod.
The atomizer is in production stage and the pictures that you can find in the link show one of the prototypes. I have not seen or tried it myself, but I trust Michael enough to know that it works as it should.
The atomizer has 12,2mm outer diameter and should fit all the REOs, including the Mini (with 0,4mm space to breathe) and 18490. It is made from stainless steel and it will cost 34 Euros plus p&p, which should be 9 Euros to the US. The drip tip that is bundled with it (for an extra 8 Euros) is a Siam Mods straight.
It breathes through the 510 connector, just like a Cisco atty or Cartomizer does, delivers the air directly to the coil and we should be able to blind squonk with it. On the other hand the juice reservoir is quite deep, so it will keep quite some juice.
I tried to talk Michael into using a hole in the cover for the air intake, like a Chalice, but he thinks it is better this way. Well, I can always drill a hole if needed =)
The link above is to the pre order page - that means up front payment and delivery when it is ready. I am sure there will be units sold from stock after the pre order, but of course I have no idea how many. Payment is possible via Paypal, the same service reosmods.com uses.
