The full GGTS is not available on the current advance order...only the stealth. You missed the full version advance sale by a few months. Justin from COV has confirmed though that they are in fact shipping anywhere now. They just haven't changed their website yet to reflect their world supplier status.
Yes the Stealth can be upgraded to the full version by adding the Collector Tank and a top tube but you will have to wait until Imeo makes those parts again...and it will probably be several months before that happens.

Try the classifieds in a few weeks because shipment of the full GGTS from the last advance order will be arriving soon and there will probably be a few folks who bought too many and need to sell.
Thaks rivernut. I would like to avoid buying the whole rebuildable if i can get away with it, spent WAY too much on gear lately.
the nut that sits in the ceramic is different and there is an additional o-ring under it (not sure if this only protects the ceramic from breaking) + Imeo uses a plastic instead of an oring under the housing. Watch this video at min 3:20
