Hey more awesomeness :)
I know you can do the coil thing. If there was ever someone who, on paper, shouldn't have taken on rba's, it's me.

I'm not a patient person and because of that, many of the projects that involve tools and intricate work that I take on get botched.

That said, when I did what Karen suggested and got some wire and made a coil, I thought "this is all you do - sweet :)"

I KNOW you can do it. as a matter if fact, the harder thing about it is getting the wires thru the holes, and that's not hard.

Like these kind folks before me have said, we got your back if you need any help or have what could seem the dumbest of questions.

Rock on girl :)

At the shore...
Look, here's my first coil ever and i didn't even have the RBA yet. I was so proud I actually posted a picture of it in this thread. There's some good info in that buried thread too:

Hornet has landed - Page 16

Ahhhh...you were but a coil virgin in February. Look at you, now.

I suspect you are also an architect (like your wife). Your note -- modified block lettering.

Yeah, a glorified one too...never got registered :) then dipped into construction management for about 7 years (building schools) then the economy got ruined.
These days, I happily work from home drawing remotely (autocad) on mostly medical related projects in south Florida and my wife is the international sales person for a large tire repair / retreading equipment company. She leaves next week for a week in panama. It sucks. But life is good.

Tell all your young ones to pursue an education in the medical field :)

I have a friend that was also worried about making coils when he decided to try his first REO.
Showed him how I did a coil "Super X micro" one time, he made and used his first coil with no problem, well except like me he can't see.
He bought a meter and a few trimming and cutting tools and it's not even an issue now.
He's been rockin on Grands and smoke free for 32 days, his 4th grand & RM2 will be here Monday.
Since he doesn't have internet you have an advantage of all the help here 24/7.
I mean just look at all the threads of people worried about making coils in there first RBA, with the help here they always end well.

Love the name change,, :)

I know an architect when I see one. My family is full of em'. Tough time to be in the industry if on the residential side of the business.

I'm in the medical field/industry -- two of my spawns are in the midst of their undergrad studies in the sciences. Both to become professional students for another 8+ years.

I know right o_O I think everyone in ECF will benefit seeing more_REOs posting because i am on a mission to show how great they are. Just think no more carto problems with tanks and all that prefilling stuff. Not that i am great at posting but the REOs part of my name may get people to check them out just to see what the fangirl is going on about!

Plus dripping without having to drip is awesomeness. I know i would have never tried attys with a tube mod. But thats me and i am glad i saw people posting about REOs and thought to check it out.

----------> Thanks Bob57, that is why I love it here, there is so much help and encouragement :)

here's the first coil I ever made . .. . . . it vaped really weird, the flavors were . . . . . inverted! My blueberry tasted like pomegranate, my coffe tasted like kaluah. Eventually, I figured out that I MADE IT INSIDE OUT! HAH! What a goof-up that was!!!!

Interesting dibby. It looks like two turn tables and a microphone when viewed from directly above. How's it vape?

Oh and for all of you scoring from (or at) home, it's the first (of many) coil he made TODAY :)

The RM2 / road warrior gave it away :)

Naw, I didn't make it today, Supe. Just thought it was cute to say it was my first try at coils (bakcwards, hah, I'm so funny:facepalm:). That one actually wasn't half bad. Certainly not better than a normal coil though. I make much fewer coils these days, on account of no more pursuit of happiness, on account of I've found happiness. Thanks to you, Russ!

Your welcome bro. Imagine you never got and offered to send me Nextel free? I remember when I saw your posts pimping micro coils and throwing me props and I thought "the force is strong in this one" you were out there pushing the envelope. I remember when posting pix of my builds on REOs in the Rebuildable Atomizer forum and I was largely alone except for Commie. Pictures of Sweet setups like we run got buried in countless pix of 3 strands around SS style RBAs on tanks on silver sausages.

Now we catfish have all but taken over. Thanks are due to you too bro :)

REOville and the RBA forum benefit much from the likes of you Peter :)

Yeah, and take your Boards for State licenses in any and every state you might even remotely think you might want to work and/or live in ASAP after finishing training/degree. If doing Specialties/Residencies do same. You lose a lot of stuff needed to pass tests as time goes by.

Couldn't agree more. All the reo tech I've learned came from pdib and you and DZ (and the list goes on and on). pdib, you always put a smile on my face.

i learned a lot from here and youtube, but i learned a lot more in 5 hours spent with people that had been using these things for a while at a meet. More than i had in the preceding 3 months.

Those guys i owe a great debt of gratitude for the wisdom and encouragement they furnished to a relative Noob like me.
