Here's the thing, I love Nicoticket. My all time favorite flavors from any vendor are Radioactive, CLS, H1N1 & Frenilla. I can't live without them. Clark's service is the absolute best in existence. His presteeped eliquids are among the best in the industry. But charging $12 bucks for a 15ml sample of an unsteeped short run flavor is ridiculous. Clark, have you forgotten that there are other highly acclaimed and rising eliquid vendors that have similar flavors (like Nana Cream) that are available all the time for a lot less money? I can get 30ml of the super popular Nana Cream for $3 more than you charge for 15ml... and I can get it any time, not just this week.

I had completely stopped looking at other vendors after getting hooked on your amazing juice. I honestly don't even want to look for other vendors to try new flavors. To try a 15ml bottle of Banana Pudding will cost me $14.31 with the cheapest shipping option. $1 per ml. of unsteeped eliquid is not what brought me to Nicoticket. If it had been steeped for six weeks I could have justified the very high price much more easily. In sales customer perception is key. My perception is that we're paying a lot more money for a much less ready eliquid. I know you have said that ingredients are becoming more expensive but even many top vendors are now less expensive (and they aren't raising prices).

Please don't misunderstand, I'm a big fan of Nicoticket. You make all my favorite juices (vaping The Virus while typing this!). I am constantly planing my next order so I can keep a healthy supply of all my favorite NT eliquids, but at this point.. at these prices.. I'm pretty much done with the short runs. I can get known, highly popular, similar flavors from other top vendors for considerably less cash without having to buy on a specific day or week.

I love the idea of short runs. If this one wasn't overpriced and under-steeped I'd be all over it. Truthfully, I think a short run every week at these prices may drive business away and I'm only telling you this because I really like you as a person.

I agree with everything you just said right here. I really really like Clark too, and Katy, and agree with what brought me to Nicoticket. It's all good folks, never ran into a bad one in the bunch (except the lady who I'll only refer to as A - you'll LOL if you remember) and I love the juice too. I specifically DO NOT support dollar/ml vendors and I really, really don't want Nicoticket to fall under one :( I wuv you guys.

I'll buy up all of them then! You should allot me your 100mls man!:D

I seriously can't vape anything else. I've still got a bunch of friends coming at me with different flavors. I'll smell them and they smell great. 1st puff is good. Around 3rd vape I know I couldn't vape it unless I was in need of my nic fix. The only vendor I haven't tried that I want to is 5 pawns, and I think I would like to. A lot of the so called mid level "quality" brands all buy their flavoring from the same places I think. I am pretty sure that Clark puts in more time than most others. 4 months of R&D is crazy.

I have absolutely no problem paying that much, and I've noticed that NT flavors are picking up. 3-4 short runs at a time. He hired helpers and I believe is still accelerating his business. I love these short runs, such a treat to vape once in awhile. I've only tried 2 bananas, but they tasted like Runts, that artificial banana. Can't wait to taste this one.

I'd give you my 100ml allotment if I could!

You are of course right in your own opinion. Getting right up on the $1/ml of juice price range is perfectly acceptable to many people, especially for great quality juice. These prices do shut a lot of customers out. I know that in the near future the government will, at best, impose taxes that will increase the cost of eliquids from every vendor, if they are even allowed to sell juice. But right now there are so so many high quality vendors that sell similar top quality flavors at lower prices. If I'm going to buy presteeped eliquids I will come here every time. If I'm going to buy unsteeped eliquids I can find it anywhere for much less and a lot of other vendors are winning accolades all over the place. I want Clark to beat the competition. I'll help him do it if I can... but I won't pay 40% more than his competition for short run flavors. There are a lot more premium eliquid manufacturers in 2014 than there were in 2013 and everybody seems to be stepping up their game. I know Clark made the best flavors in 2013 but he has stronger competition now. Other companies are competing very well on flavor quality. If you add a big price jump from Nicoticket on top of so many strong vendor options it will cause some people to spend more and more of their vape budget in other places. I'd much rather spend my money here but I can't justify spending $1/ml on juices that will be ready in 60-90 days. I love Nicoticket but I think this was a misstep.

Please remember that this is coming from a supporter who wants Nicoticket to succeed and grow. Some of the comments I've seen about weekly short run releases from other fans have suggested that it's a bit too fast paced. If someone orders a SR, gets it a few days later, then steeps it for only a day or two, they often only have a couple of days at best before the next one comes out. Less frequent releases (like every two weeks) would allow more time for proper steeping and would still give us lots to talk about and enjoy.

Apricot Ambition, next week, definitely ;)

I hope this is true. I'm a little disappointed with this week's scenario played out. I completely understand the reason for switching last minute, but, it was kind of a let down in a way. And, I think the short runs are starting to tire everyone out. Don't get me wrong, like others I love the basic juices, I couldn't live without Virus and Doodle, you have a customer and a fan for life!! I absolutely adore you, Katy and the whole crew, but it is getting a bit played out. I have wanted to try Apricot Ambition since I first heard of its existence so I'm on that like white on rice, but going forward, I think I need to be more selective and not jump on every single flavor as much as I will probably regret it. I mean if one falls in love with a SR flavor: 1. it's more expensive 2. it's not gonna be around forever. Yes I will enjoy it like hell while I have it, possibly, but long-term, I'd rather invest in those flavors I can count on being around. I may also totally contradict myself and knee-jerk order every SR you put out, but it's how I'm feeling atm.

Stopped reading right there. DEAL!

I'm just kidding, I actually only orderd 50ml, decided to leave some for the posse. I also ordered frivolous order of 50ml of CB. I've got enough but am going to try to get it to 6 months.

Hey, I totally understand what you are saying, and I have heard talk about too many SRs. I also hear people talk about their credit card hurting. I might be in the minority, but I love it. I'm collecting those things. I would pay for a tour of Clarks lab though and see what shenanigans he is working on. Love it.

I will say that my invoice for both of those juices, 100ml is $60.02. The shipping is not such a factor I think when more is ordered. Maybe I should not include myself in this conversation though, because my job allows me to work 60 days straight, although I am decently compensated. I dunno man. I kind of do understand that Clark has to do what he has to do and he puts a lot of time into some of the juices. I think he said only 1/3 that he creates even make it to the Beta stage. Maybe a happy middle ground with the SRs could be found, but I would be hurting if they stopped the SRs. Well, unless they added PBC full time. I think this is a decent discussion, your points are valid and you are coming from the right place.

I dare say it rivals another very popular Banana Pudding made in Minnesota.

Yes, but TPR sells their's for $16.99 for 30ml.

Same here. I'm a customer for life! Been waiting for Apricot Ambition here too.

Well, I'm staying out of the conversation from here, but I can't wait for this either. My friend had an Apricot he was vaping yesterday, and I smelled the bottle. Did not smell right, kind of how Grape Ape and QOH can smell weird. So I tried it. MEH. Today I brought him in a 5 ml bottle of some Apricot that I made with just straight apricot extract from e-cig express, I don't remember which brand. He asked me if I extracted it myself (he's only been vaping a month or two) and I'm like no idiot, I bought it. SOOO, I can't wait to bring Nicoticket Apricot to him if he sought out that flavor on his own. Trying to get him hooked, if so he is the best salesman I have ever met, he works 3-4 side jobs hustling things outside of our regular job.

It's not even really a discussion because in 6-8 weeks short-runs will be a thing of the past. I can't really disclose more than that... but... big change is in the near future. If you want to snag up a "who knows if it will ever be made again" unicorn - have at it. The people who do will have the opportunity to contribute to the discussion about "which 10 flavors will carry us forward into the next evolution of Nicoticket." The folks who don't, won't. If $2 comes between anyone and that opportunity, let me know... I'll be happy to work with you.

Damn I really couldn't afford this, but can't turn down a banana flavor from Clark, so had to order a 50mil bottle of this one, really would of liked to order more, but is my birthday next week, so feel free to double my order Clark

As far as the pricing debate going on, I fully understand the pricing as Clark has a lot more out goings now had to hire help and new lab etc, but will admit I will only order short runs I know I really will like at the $11.99 - 15mil price range, the wife has me on a $100 budget for vaping per month, and if I order 1 50mil bottle, then that is nearly half of my vape budget gone for the whole month, I have been really looking forward to this banana vape, so is a bit frustrating I can only order 1 bottle, but at least I am getting that :)

This makes me sad. I hate to see creativity throttled and the thought of no more SRs makes my heart hurt. :(

I'm with you ASH - but it's a get big or get out industry. We're fortunate to have a real opportunity to persist into the post-regulatory environment. In the interim, we'd stretching our creative legs and sharing some of our craft. I wish we could continue to do the short-run thing indefinitely, but it's not sustainable.

I can understand that and I'm with you for the long haul, just like I know so many of us are. Growing pains suck but if anyone can make it work, it's you. I'm grateful and proud to be along for the ride.

    Woah.. that would be BIG!

Maybe too big but who knows. ¯\(ツ)/¯

I wish I could say more, but yes, it's both a balancing act and a challenge. What I can say is that it's our opportunity to make a run at persisting into the post-regulatory environment... it's a choice between ceasing to exist, or adapting. We chose the latter. Price increases are part of that inevitable transition... but... I *promise* we won't forget the support we have received (and continue to receive) while we wade through this "present."
