Anyone dealing with this company. I placed one order with them and it went well. Placed a second and they're still processing twelve days later. Can't get their web based e-mail to work in two browsers and calling them gets you a flat response answering machine.

Twelve days is a long time, especially for us vapers. Have you tried contacting them via email? I'd check the website and see if they have a contact number. Your order may have just fell through the cracks.

They do have numerous Social Media accounts. Perhaps contacting them through 1 of those would get you a pretty quick response.
