Anyone know the folks at EsmokerOnline?

I put in an order Friday 08/20/2010 at about 11am CST
Got auto confirmation emails and nothing since

Their web chat thingy has been offline all weekend and today
I tried contacting them through email and their browser contact form
Called them today and got an answering machine

The Rain Man has posted in the EsmokerOnline vendor forum here yesterday

Just wondering if they're taking a long weekend, or if something happened to them

Ordered from them once before and the order went out within a few hours of placing it...

They are about 4 hours from me and it sometimes takes 2 days before they send it out, so I sometimes receive shipments on the 3rd day after ordering even though I didn't receive confirmation that it was sent. I realized when I checked my spam folder sometimes confirms go there.

Hi Trik,
I too have ordered from them with no problems. I'm not sure if they went to the vapefest this past week or if they r just busy. You need to give them some time to get back to you as Monday's with a lot of the suppliers are very hard to get a hold of. They could have a lot of orders from the weekend and will get to you when they have some spare time?

i order from them all the time . good folks . they usually ship with-in a day or two . considering it was the weekend .......
