I've rayon rope and balls that I personally can't really use due to a weird allergy or something? That stuff makes me itch like crazy after a day or two. Go back to KGD and itch stops ... Rayon -> itch ... KGD -> no itch. I really like rayon and wish it worked for me ... for some reason I keep trying it from time to time until the itch starts (still some denial I guess). Oh well, I still get to use it on other people's coils and that's good for me because it requires less maintenance due to its long service life (sometimes weeks).

Seriously? Have you been hiding under a rock or in a sandbox or sumpin' for the last six months?

There's a 700+ page thread here. But if you PM me a mailing address I'll hook you up.

YMMV, but I tried it and can't stand the taste, I'm still with either Hemp fiber or KDG

For those of us that enjoy using rayon, we do so because we find it imparts the least amount of taste of any wicking medium. For a lot of rayon users they find they can suddenly taste their resistance wire over their wicking medium, as apposed to the taste of the wick masking the taste of the wire. Of course everyone's tastes are different.

Also, where a lot of people go wrong with using rayon is they use similar amounts as they would with cotton. Cotton expands once wet, rayon shrinks slightly when wet(it also takes on a rigid texture and holds in place much better.) Sometimes rayon may shrink in the coil hours after you wicked it, which can lead to sudden dry hits because part of the coil isn't touching the wick anymore.

There is a very fine line between too much rayon and not enough, even more so than there is with cotton IMO. Once you nail consistency though, rayon has it's own set of awesome attributes. For me I can go up to 15 watts higher, or take longer drags at same wattage, with rayon using the exact same coil as I would with cotton, it just wicks that much better/faster for me, YMMV.

I still love my cotton, but my rayon/cellucotton is that much better. Add temp control into the mix and I will be in vaping heaven. Let's not forget squonking either (added in to keep on subject slightly)

Exactly. Where something may taste clean and pure to one person, the same thing may taste like complete garbage to another person. There is no right or wrong here just personal preference.

Thankfully we have no shortage on choices for wicking medium. This is why the type of regulation Big Tobacco wants is a horrible idea and something we should work hard to fight against. If they have their way we will all be using the same wicking medium, in the same devices(their devices), and using the same exact liquid(their liquid and non-refillable).
It would push the majority of vapers into the underground market or back onto smoking cigarettes, neither of which we want.

If you bend the battery leaf down slightly, you could pick up another 3mm or so if needed. So they should all fit.
Yup, there's plenty of extra room under the battery contact. At one point when the mod jumped out of my shirt pocket onto a tile floor, my battery bent that contact to the point where the mod wouldn't fire. FWIW, there was no other damage, and it would have been easy enough to fix on the spot if I'd had the hex key needed to remove the innards from the mod. I now run a "buffer" under the battery contact and a hex-key has taken up residence in the juice compartment. But I still carry a backup. :D
